I've been unable to see any new series since Monday , message is same as everyone else's , come on sky fix it been with you for over 12 years

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

New Series Listings empty

Hi, under "New Series" there are now no listings on my Sky Q? I have reset the box but just says "We're still learning what you like to watch" etc but I've always had new series listed in the past?

@Monty19 I moved your post in to the thread that has already been started regarding this problem Sky are aware and investigating this
