Network app
Is there or will there be an app to access a NAS drives on sky q?
I have loads of backed up movies on my NAS but currently have to switch to my Fire stick to watch them.
Wondered if there was a sky q app store too

Re: Network app
Unfortunately the answer to the question is no, nor will it ever be likely to happen as Sky Q is an aging product now.
Sky Q 2TB v2 Box + 2 Mini Boxes - Brsk BetterNet1000 FTTP, WatchGuard M400 Firewall, Plume Mesh
Sky Signature + Ultimate TV Pack, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Sky Kids, TNT Sports, MUTV, LFCTV, Racing TV, Premier Sports, DAZN

Q apps are baked into the software and Sky decides what's there.
It is unlikely in the extreme that they'll bake in a media player. More open systems (e.g. the Firestick) are likely to have a DLNA player etc.

Re: Network app
I use our TV to access the NAS drive through an app called Plex as it is installed on both the TV itself and the NAS drive.
