I booked Saturday's Fury vs Usyk event via the website, and the event page now says 'Rented'. Since I'm going to be away over the weekend, I need to record it, but when I try to set it to record with the remote nothing happens, and it doesn't appear in the Scheduled recordings or under Rentals for either Box Office or SKY Store.
How do I enable recording for it?

I believe the only way to record the event via sky q box is that you need to book the event via the sky q box. So you can go to sports menu and then box office and you have the option to record the event. When you book online you can only watch not record. I would contact sky and ask them to cancel the online purchase and then book via sky q box as mentioned or else see if sky can assist you in setting it to record on the box.
