You might have to call Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

If it's a Sky booster box you are having issues with, have you tried a reset as described here;
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
