Two ways to do this

MySky

• Press Home, then go to MySky at the bottom of the page.
• Select Shop then the app you want to change.
• Choose the new plan you want and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the order.

On your Sky Q box

Press Home, the scroll down the menu and select My Sky.

Or press the Voice button on your Sky remote and say “My Sky”.

Select Paramount+. If you can't see it, select Browse Shop then Paramount+.
