Multi room qbox not working upstairs

Upstairs qbox stopped working. Get to hello page but does not recognise the remote signal on home button etc mute and volume buttons still works so don't think it is a remote's problem. Help!

Have you tried repairing the remote to your box?

Hold down 1 and 3 on the remote to do so, more instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-q-remote
