Error message - this screen does not support HDCP

We regularly get this error message and have to reboot several times to make it work. Had the box replaced and still no different. Any  help to resolve this would be great 

 

Blue screen with this error message:

 

This screen does not support HDCP

try reconnecting your HDMI cable, or use a different screen
