Moving house

I've moved house and plugged in sky and all is working fine, why does sky want to send an engineer out and is it really necessary

Hi @ODEN 

A home move should be carried out by Sky so your address is kept updated on your Account.

Also the Engigineer would ensure that the dish and cables are in good condition.
