SkyQ box replacement
Replacement SkyQ box. Why does an engineer need to call and what will he do that I couldn’t do?

As fellow customers we can't say why you may benefit from an engineer visit as we don't know the issue you're having.
Sometimes Sky will dispatch a new box through DPD who will give it to you at the doorstep and take the faulty one away (so if this happens remember to remove your viewing card from the old box).
