Just realised our account shows 4 Sky Q mini boxes but we have only ever had 3! Had such a long time and were advised at the time 3 plus main box was the maximum. We need this fourth box, how can we get it when it already shows on our account?

You probably need to call SKY
Note : Following the recent storms it is quite likely that the Call Centres will be very busy
If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

If you have SKY Mobile or SKY Talk land line then I think you can also call 150
