Q box won’t be suitable for k TV can I exchange

Will Sky let me have a Q box upgrade as one I have is not HDK compatible

I'd assume you mean UHD.

A UHD television set will upscale HD from a Sky box to UHD for display.

They'd typically charge for a change of box.

@Diane164  note SKY also usually charge for an upgrade from a UHD non HDR box to an HDR capable one

That was the really early 1TB Q boxes wasn't it? I think they might be talked into a free box uograde if you subscribe to the UHD addon and ask at the same time.
