Hi
i have recently changed from a 39" tv to a 32", 40" being too big for my room and 39" are no longer made. I now find, that the programme guide is impossible to read, subtitles as well, but there is no provision on SkyQ to alter the size of the text.
I find this most annoying and Sky obviously don't care about elderly people with poorer eye sight.

I definitely have the high contrast on as well as having moved the tv closer to where I sit.
The biggest problem is the EPG to be fair, so I will have to buy a tv magazine I guess !
The configuration of my lounge and furniture prevents me from having anything bigger, the difference in width was 10cm and the feet would not have fitted on my corner tv stand.
hi @Kitte
With the most recent Software update you can now increase the size of the EPG
Unfortunately I think it is limited the EPG and maybe a coupe of other places

Re: Minute text on sky q.
Hi @Kitte
I suppose sitting closer to the TV is your only option. How about the high contrast setting for the TV Guide Home -> Settings -> Accessibility -> High contrast to see if that helps.

You should note that modern 40" TVs are generally smaller than old 39" TVs as the bezel (edge) is considerably smaller.

I guess it is possible that the latest release (Q270) has not reached your box yet.
I am not too sure if it is availble for manual download:
To refresh follow the first few steps on this link

Re: Minute text on sky q.
I have updated the magnification and it works! I am sight impaired and can now read the guide from my chair and the picture is also sharper and deeper colour.

Re: Minute text on sky q.
Hi, I have got the updated version now too, but it is far too large for me. I was expecting to be able to select a size that suited me. I need to be able to see a section of the guide at a glance, not just a few letters. Maybe your need is greater than mine ?

That is the option being offered. If I remember correctly it is 150%. There's no in between setting.
