Mini box not working

Hi .. my mini box has stopped working. I have tried turning it off and back on. I've tried rebooting my internet. The rest of my sky is work perfectly.

@Jodikevin Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Perhaps try rebooting the main Sky Q box, then when that is fully up and running again do the same with the mini box.
