Live pause keeps going back to the same spot.

Recently upgraded from Sky+ to Sky Q; Live pause often goes back to the sam spot when attempting to find, sometimes it will go forwards for a while then flick back, other times it works fine. 

Also freezes up requiring either power off and on or unplugging etc. Some live programs the picture goes a little blurred briefly like it's skipping fractions of a second constantly.

Power cycle done, Reset done, software updated but same issues occur daily.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
