Hi @AidanQ Have you tried power rebooting your Main Sky Q box? I am watching CNN HD on 506 at this current moment. Is this a HD issue?

@AidanQ What happens when you try to access the channel? Any error messages?

hi @AidanQ

It is still there for me - I am in the UK are you in Ireland ?

I know it recently encrypted rather than being Free to Air but I am not aware if this also affected coverage oustide the UK

May I suggest a full power down restart of your box (unplug or switch off at mains)
