ItvbeHD not working

• I live in Ireland and have itvbe hd manually tuned... for the last few days it keeps going on and off and message I'm getting on screen say 'no programmes are currently being broadcast on this channel' I have deleted in and reinput it numerous times happens with some of the other itv channels too
