Netflix included with sky Q?

Should I get Netflix with my ultimate package on Sky Q? Used to have it but now the app on skyq is asking me.to sign up for a paid for subscription...

Typically, yes, unless you've perhaps negotiated a price reduction and gone down to Signature as a baseline package.
