@Ayaz  Did you have sky q installed yesterday? The not programmed message would suggest a tv issue is your q box switched on?

Not programmed is a message from your TVs Freeview Tuner

 

Try Selecting an HDMI input on your TV (using either the TV remote or if it has been programmed the button on the top right of the SKY Remote with an arrow pointing into a screen outline)

@Ayaz  No signal or no satellite signal? Are there any lights on the front of your q box??

putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
