That's fine, but I still don't agree with it. I'm probably the only one in the entire world that doesn't agree with it but there you go anyway thanks for the information
The difference is you are probably the only one that doesn't want to accept it.

That video and peoples thoughts on the Glass TV won't alter the fact that as we've told you dozens of time over the last few weeks the satellite will almost certainly be out of action by 2029/30.

Re: Recent email from director of sky Ireland JD Buckley
Yes I am aware of that but I now think that they could even go beyond that as the managing director himself said there is zero chance of them shutting down satellite and by the way I know you have explained it to me numerous times it is a subject I won't apologise for coming back to again and again, thank you I have yet to hear anyone say that they agree with me I know there is nothing can be done about it but surely someone must feel the same way as me if people could answer without criticism please that would be great. Thank you.

@Dobber1234 You have posted on a public forum where responses will either be negative or positive or criticism to your concern
if you can't accept them perhaps you need to take a step back and refrain from posting

If you've copied that response then he agrees with what you've been told all along

I am not too sure about that.
I have stated that I would prefer Satellite TV in the UK (& therefore Irealnd also) to continue but I think it is clear that I am a realist & have accepted that no one is likely to pay for new Satellites
What I won't do is to waste my time campaigning for something that won't happen

I think I already said that I would prefer it to stay? But it ain't.
At the same time, Sky Glass / Stream 4 years from now won't be the same product as in that youtube video.

Re: Recent email from director of sky Ireland JD Buckley
Thank you but in my opinion when the manager director of sky Ireland says sky satellite will be with us for many years to come he means more than five years otherwise why would he use that phrase many years to come that to me suggests more than five years Anyway thank you so far. You have been the only one here that has communicated with me without criticism

Because he wants you to stop emailing him? 😁
4-5 years is an eternity in the life of a CEO. I think that counts as many to him.
