ITV Catch Up on Sky Q missing soaps

Have been away and now trying to catch up on some programmes via catch up function on Sky Q - when looking at ITV there are a number of programmes not showing - as an example there are no Coronation Street or Emmerdale episodes since last Wednesday - any ideas why?

Same for me on Skygo app - this happens every so often with no explanation why. Can anyone shed any light on this please?

I guess it's a question for ITV...  aren't they on ITVX?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It's the same on Sky+HD.

I've reported this to Viewer Relations (viewerR@sky.uk) this morning.

The more email's they get, the more they're likely to react.

They are on ITVX but you get adverts on there unless you pay a subscription. I will email as suggested by oj01. Thanks

Had a reply from Viewer Relations which basically says that ITV occasionally suffer backlogs such as this and it's a matter of waiting for them to provide the missing content.

They did, naturally, suggest using ITVx instead, although acknowledged that isn't available to me on a Sky+HD Box.

Iv had this response from itv saying issue is with sky

also britains got talent from last Saturday is missing and a few other itv programmes yes it's ok to say use ITVX app but not the point here is  response I got from itv saying its down to sky I. Can't attach screenshot so but this what itv said

"I can see you have mentioned about episodes of Emmerdale and

Coronation Street. I can confirm the episodes of those soaps are available on ITVX and have been for a while. I recommend to get in

touch with Sky as our catch up service is different to Sky's catch up service", "

Ok I will be sure to feed this back to our teams, but I can assure you it will be due to Sky requesting the content to be available on their catch up platform."

so sky saying issue with itv and itv saying issue with sky either way this needs looking into

It's always been the case that each broadcaster is responsible for uploading their content to Sky's Catch Up service.

I suspect the person answering your query deals solely with ITVx.
