Sky Q keeps defaulting to another wifi connection

I have noticed in the last week that overnight my box keeps disconnecting from my home (3rd party) WiFi and defaulting to another SKY WiFi. I have to reset my connection, but what is interesting is that when I go to reconnect that the WiFi it keeps changing to is not even a local one it picks up for me to connect to. The fact that this happens overnight (not every night, but I think I have had to do it at least 3 times in the last week), makes me wonder if it is potentially something to do with a recent software update?

Is there a way of stopping it from defaulting to this? It has done it again this morning & I've had to reset the network connection and re-add my own 3rd party WiFi back in. It seems to be every 2 days - Sun, Tues, & now Thurs (it did it last week as well, but as it was the first time, I didn't clock what day it was).

Only by getting it to stop failing to connect. Which I only managed by switchinh from wifi to wired.
