I sent my box back wrong
I sent the box back about 5 weeks ago...but I didn't read the information properly ~ sorry I'm blaming baby brain as I have a newborn and I just posted it in a post box!! So sorry

In case you’re not aware, this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.
I'm pretty sure a Sky Q box wouldn't fit in a post box. If you somehow managed it you'll have no proof of posting and it may not reach the correct destination and if it does it'll probably be damaged . You may get charged for its non return.
