I have not received any equipment, however being threatened with charges. I'm already on the verge of cancelling everything and obviously, it's impossible to speak to anyone, especially if you work full time!

Do you mean you haven't received any packaging to return the equipment in?

I have an envelope, however nothing to return as I'm using my original still and never received any replacement.
