I have no sky apps on telly

I have no sky apps on my telly, I have tried to push was button and says error need a sky q booster, I did have apps on telly yesterday ?

Do you mean your Sky Q box, rsther than your tv? You could try restarting both your Sky Q box and your broadband router.

@Dani3 if @Mark39 suggestion does not work then you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

It sounds like the wifi connection is down

are you sure you're hitting the wps button on the router when the sky Q box tells you to? It's not well labbeled and easily mistaken for the reset button.

I have tried to refresh and it says there was a problem refreshing apps. ?
