Unable to change volume on Sky Devialet

Hi,

I bought the Sky Devialet soundbox a few years ago.  I was previously able to use the Sky remote to change rhr volume but the remote batteries wore out and now I can't change the volume anymore.  Sky Devialet does not show up as a device in the Sky TV Remote Control setup guide.  Does anyone know what the 4-digit code is?
