You'll need to ring Sky to request some packaging although they usually send it automatically after 31 days have elapsed from the end of your cancellation period.
Have Sky requested that you return the router?
You can always use your own packaging and print off a free returns label here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Whenever you do return hardware to Sky it is essential that you note down your Sky account number and put it inside the packaging along with your name and address so that they know where it's come from. Also, take a photo of the returns label with the tracking number so you can see when it arrives at the returns depot. Unipart, who deal with all Sky's hardware, are utterly incompetent and are frequently slow at logging returns properly, therefore triggering a series of automated text messages from Sky to you, threatening non-return fees for hardware not received.
Hopefully you might get lucky (I did once) and will have an easy returns process. Good luck.

Have Sky asked you to return it? If so, they'll send you the packaging. Otherwise you can send it back to be recycled as explanned here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/recycle-sky-equipment

I was told to return it by the person who fitted my new router or they may charge apparently. I have signed up for a return postage label @Mark39

FYI, Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [14 days for a broadband hub and 31 days for Sky Q box(es)].
