No satellite connection on sky Q mini box

Sky Q box working. Sky mini box connected. But getting no satellite signal on mini box. Can play iPlayer on mini box but no TV listings and connection to other channels due to the no satellite connection. How do I resolve this?

@Chaptoby Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box

Yes, I have followed the instructions on the sky answerphone and rebooted both the main Q box and the mini box. I have a cable landline from the Q box to the mini box so there should be no problem there. What I cannot understand is why I am not getting a satellite signal from the main Q box to the mini box. I have checked connections at the back of the main Q box and also the mini box. This problem has only arisen within the last week having worked perfectly before. There is no problem with picture and signal on the main Q box.

IV a TV and rutor down stairs they work fine, my TV and rutor up stairs saying no satellite
