I get error code DSU_508 when trying to use Netflix. Any ideas how I can fix this

I'm trying to sign into netflix.  I get this message "you've already added this package to your sky subscription". Then and error code DSU_508.  I've been going round in circles between sky help and netflix. I'm paying for a service I can't use and all the steps to fix it haven't fixed in. It's like groundhog Day . Any ideas as a final fix before I cancel it completely.

Hi, yes I have called sky and been told it's a known problem and it will be fixed soon. I've contacted netflix who day there is no problem.  I am paying for netflix in my bills , I've double checked on my account , and it says the account is linked , which netflix have confirmed but I'm still unable to finish signing in as it says payment needed plus the error code I put in my original post.
