DSU_508 Error Code

Hello,

 

I've unexpectedly lost access to all my HD channels, with an error code of DSU_508.

 

The box keeps telling me to upgrade, and then tells me I'm already upgraded when I hit the red button.

 

Is there a solid workaround for this yet?

Yeah, I've tried powering it off completely and updating the system software. No change. I think I'll end up having to call Sky, I was just looking for a way around having to call them. I'm partially deaf and they seem to have disconnected their live chat.

@phill2262 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
