We tried that and it didn't work, only one chance left. Mum has no internet so can't get email to re set. Is there a phone number?

@Dotty241 You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
https://www.sky.com/help/home
scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag

I tried following the link but still couldn't get a phone number, talked to several robots but because mum has no internet she has no email so I can't access anything

Unless you have changed it, your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number. You can find your viewing card number in Home > Settings > System info.

Unless you have changed it, your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number. You can find your viewing card number in Home > Settings > System info.
