How do i find out my pin number

I have sky q and they did not send me pin ...  and its better to call white house then to get answer from sky... i am in germany and after i call a guy, he dont know englis ... i mean wt... and he sad, call in 30 min. 
They send everything, but nor PIN, and they take money, of course.

Not sure what you currently being in Germany has to do with it but unless you've changed it your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number.

EDIT: It is Sky UK you have and not Sky Deutschland?

I have problem because i dont speak german good and I cant talk to costumer service because they dont speak english ... 

I did not recive pin. 

Ok, I will try whit that last 4 number i hope it will work out...

Unfortunately you're on the Sky UK forum which is for UK and ROI customers. Not sure if Sky Deutschland has a community forum or if the PIN number is the same process.

This thread is about a PIN number for a Sky Q box. Do you mean a PIN number for your mobile phone?

Unless you've changed it your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number.

The pin is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number unless you've changed it to something more memorable (which seems unlikely in the circumstances).
