Hi I have sky tv broadband and I have a sky a mini box in another room which has stopped working I would like to send my sky a mini box back and get a replacement

In what way is it not working?

you'd have to call Sky to arrange a replacement.

Or a replacement box can be ordered here https://www.sky.com/help/replace-hardware/

It does work as I did this recently.
