How do I do this

Hi I have sky tv broadband and I have a sky a mini box in another room which has stopped working I would like to send my sky a mini box back and get a replacement

In what way is it not working?

 

you'd have to call Sky to arrange a replacement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It does work as I did this recently.
