Been trying for an hour as it's been working fine most of the morning. Connections all seem good and other programs and apps are working.

@caesarome yes, tried mary & George also and was having the same issue.
Should have really known to do this first, but after simply resetting my broadband and the sky q box, all is working fine again.
Thank you so much for the quick reply here too, as a new Sky customer, its amazing to know there's always support if needed.
