Hard drive issues

I had an issue with my screen pixelating so I completed a reset. Now my Sky Q box says my hard drive has failed.

I've tried to access the hidden menu by highlighting setting pressing 001 and select. Nothing happens… the hidden menu stays hidden!

how can I reset my hard drive if I can't access the hidden menu?

When you get a replacement box, remember to remove your viewing card...

Re: Hard drive issues

Yeah I managed to get into the hidden menu and do a hard drive reset and it still failed. Ordered a new box.

Let's hope it resolves the pixelation problem when it arrives 🤣😂
