Mini box issue
My mini box doesn't work, I reported the issue and have been sent a new one but it never arrived and it's now a week past the delivery date

Firstly check your orders…
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
You may need to call Sky to chase this up. If it's a doorstep box swap the courier will take to faulty mini box when delivering the replacement.
