SkyQ hardrive reboot

Hi I have had to reboot my SkyQ hardrive as there was an error.

as a consequence all my recordings have been lost, including my Sky Store purchases.

does anyone know how to get the sky store purchases back please? I thought there was a purchases bit to click on, but I can't see it.

Hi @Carol114 

Sky Store purchases of Buy nd Keep can be re downloaded to your Q box

Sign in to your account on skystore.com and select Restore purchases

Where is restore purchases, I can't find it and have searched on the site and nothing comes up. Could you please provide a link.

As I posted @Carol114 

You must go your Sky Store Account (and sign in)  on the Sky Store Website.

Have you signed into the Sky Store Website ? @Carol114

If you are a Sky TV customer, and the Buy & Keep movies or TV shows you sent to your Sky box are not showing in your purchases tab (Sky Q) (Sky+HD) you may need to restore them to your box. Sign in to your account on skystore.com and select Restore purchases. You should see them within 30 minutes.

Hi @Carol114 

Did you see my previous post?

I have signed into Sky store here.

If you go to 

My Library 

you will see your purchased movies.   Selecting any there's an option to send to your Q box

Thank you, I did see that. I have a lot of purchases, hence when you said there is a link to restore purchases, I was hoping I could do them all at the same time.

 

ill open each one separately then and download to my Q-box.
