I think TNT moved satellite frequencies a while ago and a slight dish misalignment could cause issues, but it would need an engineer out to check.
The simplest thing to try first is the usual troubleshooting though, check software is up to date, power the box off at the mains for at least 5 minutes etc.
If your broadband is fast enough you do have access to TNT Sports live through discovery+ which may be better for you while you wait for an engineer if that is the outcome.
