I'm sure it is, but hard to help without a little more info.

Are you using an app? Is this on your main Q box or a mini? Is the box hardwired or on WiFi? What do you get if you run a Speedtest through Netflix on the box causing an issue? Have you been through the basic troubleshooting steps?
