Getting message waiting for tv listings ony sky q box

I have sky q. My main sky box is fine but my 3 mini boxes are giving message waiting for TV schedule. I cannot list any TV channels to view. I've tried rebooting main and mini boxes but does not resolve problem

@Davemvy have you tried rebooting the mini boxes, if that doesn't work try rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting the mini boxes
