Error mr104 at night.
I only every get this error at night (mini box), I have tried resetting both boxes and turned off eco mode, but it happens every night.

mr 104 is an issue with the mini box connectivity to your main Sky Q box. Give Sky a call and discuss having them supply a Sky Q booster which needs to be located about half way between your main and mini box. Sky should supply these free of charge if I remember correctly.

This can also happen if your main Sky Q box has eco mode enabled as this fully shuts down the box.

I have exactly this problem too. It's only started happening in the past 3 months or so. No network or internet changes and the main box and mini box are only about 10 metres apart. Happens either at about 10.20 or 11.20 pm. Anyone got any ideas?

I've only started having this issue since switching my Broadband supplier from BT to Sky, has the booster resolved for others?

My Sky Q shuts down at some stage after midnight and comes back on line at 7 am. I read that if ECO mode is enabled the Sky Q Box will shut down. Does anyone know how to disable the ECO Mode?

It normally resets before 6am so may not be relevant but see this link

Eco Mode only operates from 02:45-05:45 so if you're having problems at midnight or 7am, that will not be related.
