Hi i am having problems getting my down load to work
It keeps saying queue
I have tried and completed the new software update
Can anyone help

Hi @Michael6662
Check your Download Queue in Recordings - Manage . See why it has stopped.
Also If you have any failed recordings they need completely deleting from the Recordings section and also the Deleted section in Recordings - Manage.

I have just checked my recordings and all are fine
It just will not let me play anything that needs downloading
I just tried to watch breaking and it just keeps queued
And that happens on all my choices

You are aware that it will only download one program at a time?
Did you look in Recordings - Manage - Downloading?
What is in the Queue?

Yes i am aware i can only do one at a time but it will not do any
And yes i went into manage and deleted all that wer queude
I have a sky engineer coming out on Thursday
So i may just have to wait
