Does it make any difference having one or 2 multi screen boxes cost ways

I have 2 multi screen boxes I only use one will the cost be cheaper if I sent one back

The monthly Multiscreen payment price is the same for between one and four Mini boxes.

 

Don't send anything back unless you have cancelled Multiscreen itself, in which case all Mini boxes are returnable.  Ad-hoc returns are likely to disappear into the Sky logistics system with the user being left liable for the hardware replacement cost.

I paid £70 for my 2nd box if it's on loan why did I have to pay for it

@kylo123 what you paid was an activation / fulfilment fee not a purchase price

@kylo123 I paid £99.00 for a second box for my son two months later it wasn't required as he had installed the Sky TV app on his PS4.

That's been a source of confusion since Q was released in early 2016.  No matter what is paid upfront, Q television hardware is loaned.
