Sky sports red button not working

Hi

ive got sky q and the red button for sports  works on my main box and mini hubs in the house but ive also got a mini hub in my outdoor pub that runs through a projector but the red button option doesn't work. Other apps like YouTube work but always say there's a fault when I try the red button option for sports plus if anyone has any suggestions
