I have just switched to skyq If i had to callout anengineer, would I have to pay for this?

Usually, the advisors give this information to the customer. If there is any charge, depending on the visit, they will let him know. By all means, this can be checked on Sky.com and My Sky App. The installation of Sky Q is usually free. If there is a technical fault and the appointment is on the weekend, then it will be charged 15 GBP.
