ok so yours says the same as mine (which works), NOT the same as Pete's, which doesn't. So that's not likely not a useful factor/symptom.

Hi all,

 

We have received word that a change has been implemented for Disney+ and we are keen for any user feedback. 

 

If you are still having this issue, can you complete an Apps refresh by pressing home > highlighting over 'settings' in the main menu without going into it > pressing 0, 0, 1 & Select > Go to Apps > complete an apps refresh.

 

Once the Apps refresh is completed, let us know if you are still seeing the issue.

Are the Apps supposed to disappear from the app screen for any time after a refresh?

 

Another adviser told me it can take up to 24 hours for the app refresh to work - is this correct?

Yes the apps do dissappear for about 2 - 3 minutes i panicked when I did mine but then they all came back within 10 mins, the only one I had to log back into was Disney, hope that helps 😊

I've tried and no luck for me, also did a reset and app refresh, still not working.

Thanks, I am also the same. One of my issues is that the film (Cars etc) will be fine then cut out and freeze. Have reset everything and had a new Sky Q box delivered today and still happening. (Sky Fibre) and Samsung 4K TV.

Also, the Sky mini boxes through the house work fine and there are no issues.

Good evening,

 

App refresh done, powered off and on again. Login is fine...but when trying to play any programs just a black screen. No image coming through but for some reason subtitles are appearing but no audio or visual.

I am still the same. But i know  we have  to give the refresh 25 hrs
