Hi, I have had the Discovery+ redemption enabled since being aware that it existed, and until the first Sunday of the Olympics, have been able to watch on 4 devices at once. Since Sunday, the system now only allows me to watch 2 devices at once, halving my ability to watch concurrent Olympics events. I've tried all the steps provided by Discovery+ to clear out all registered devices, and then re-reigstered them, but I still can't watch on more than 2 devices at once. Any advice please to fix this?

As far as I was aware, this has always been the case for the Discovery + app;
How many people can use a single discovery+ account at the same time?
Up to two people can watch discovery+ at the same time from any one account.

Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Re: Discovery+ concurrent streams broken?
@lettice Thanks for this link, I couldn't find this page whatsoever. Despite being in the UK, Google searches just kept giving me the support pages for what is apparently the US version of discovery+, which said 4 devices at once. No real clue why we in the UK have a halved restriction over the US, makes no real sense, and its even more frustrating during the Olympics!!

Not sure why you find it frustrating you have BBC 1 and BBC 2 coverage of Paris 2024 you have BBC iplayer full coverage
Eurosport 1 and 2 on Sky Q box and Sky Q Mini Discovery+ Paris 2024 coverage on Sky Q and Sky Q Mini
Discovery+ Paris 2024 on a smart tv and iplayer.
