Sky got knocked by electrical storm. We turned on tv later and were able to watch tv but kept getting a message saying wifi was down, and we should reset the network. On selecting that option the tv went black and remains so.
Can switch on Q box and can hear the tv stations and change them but screen remains black.
Have rebooted tv, no better.
