Same issue. I've been contacting Doscovery plus Customer Services via email but going round in circles. How did you find a phone number to call?

Yes I have the same problem with both discovery and sky saying you need to upgrade your pass but I've subscribed to TNT sports and can't watch any sport on discovery app at first then can't see any shows but a nice advisor at sky tried to help but she got back several days later and admitted that there a technical problem with sky Q and glass with people not been able to watch anything on discovery app and both sky and discovery are working on getting it sorted.

Reading up, it seems you have to subscribe to TNT sports for the Discovery Plus to be active. Catch 22!

As it seems that the sports we want to view (mainly rugby) are all now on TNT, I reviewed my package and cancelled Sky Sports which was costing £30 and subscribed to TNT for £30.

This activation worked immediately without changing my monthly bill and allowed us to watch England vs All Blacks, albeit 10 mins into the game which was the time it took for me to work this idea out. We can also now get Discovery + although we don't need it for the sports now!

IMO Sky aren't competing to cover sports like they use to and are happy to just supply the subscriptions from other providers.

Just Been reading the articles here regard to sky discovery , exactly the same thing here in ireland they haven't got a clue of how to get the discovery ,to work. Even discovery support does  not know how to do it. I have a free discovery account with my sky package.But I haven't been able to look at discovery because it keeps saying I have to renew it and nobody knows how to sort it out. I can sign into discovery, but that's about it.It keeps saying renew. And then you would have to be a computer technician to be able to do all the things they ask you repeatedly. At this rate , I would be looking for a job in sky or discovery plus myself lol. I'm glad  , it's just a discovery station because if this nonsense was going on , with  the other stations , I wouldn't be very happy. One last issue.I have a brand new Telly, and a sky queue box, and we get distortion.And we've had engineers out here telling me that it's a tv network issue , I believe it to be something other than that. Maybe a satellite alignment issue. And samsung's been out here , checking telly,all good. Since we went back to sky q box from streaming , this is where this discovery problem occurred .
