Sky mini box isn't working - no response from remote and can't join main sky Q box - internet is fine & rebooted

I have the same issue. Message on tv connected to mini sky q box reads Sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem.

Hi @Tiki-Taka
Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

I've just turned my tv and sky q box off at the electrical socket and back on and this has cleared the issue.

The BT re code worked for me, totally crazy no updates made on TV or Q ... unless hidden in background batteries ok.
